I love HOME GOODS.  All of these items are under $20 or you can DYI them yourself with stencils, paint and canvases.

Home Goods is filled with all of these different kinds of paper flowers that are perfect for Valentine's Day and Spring instead of plastic ones. These will look so perfect in a vase or laying down on a table or buffet and reasonably priced.

Dishes can add the Valentine's Day cheer in the home and can be used everyday.   (Also can be saved for Christmas!)

Target

These items from Target are so cute to add to your home.  I wish I had room for them on my kitchen counter.

This frame is also perfect for Valentine's Day from Home Goods. This can also be a DYI project. You can replace the map with scrapbook paper.

Pinterest  { Dos and Donts }

Pinterest Do, but ....

This Pinterest post does work, but you need to do 4 times the ingredients so it can cover your feet.

  1 cup of Listerine
1 cup of Vinegar
2 cups of Water

Also, all of your dead skin will not practically wipe off.  I found out that the results were better if you use a foot file or a pumice stone that you can buy at CVS.  My feet were not totally free of dead skin so I had to do it once a week until I got the results I wanted after a long time without a pedicure.

extreme coupons can save you $$$ .

I was not always a believer, but coupons
can work to save you money. The above photograph
is a picture from one of my shopping trips. I saved
75 % on this shopping order. I only spent $60 on:

                    20 boxes of cereal

                      4 Zoo Pal plates
                      2 All detergents
2 boxes of ice cream cones
                    30 boxes of pasta
                      2 ketchup
                      6 bottles of sauce
                      2 half gallons of milk
                      1 box of cookies
               +     1 salad
              _______________________
                    70 items!!

You can save money by clipping coupons from

your local papers and from my favorite sites:

       www.Livingrichwithcoupons.com

       www.Krazycouponlady.com
       www.Coupons.com
       Ibotta (App)

After collecting your coupons you need to search
the circulars of your favorite stores for sales and
match up those coupons with the sales items and
see the savings. Most supermarkets will double all
coupons up to 99 cents. Happy shopping!!

DIY: repurpose a cassette storage unit.

     { after }

Repurpose an old cassette storage unit
     to organize your favorite things.

     { before }

I bought this cassette storage unit at
local Thrift Store for only $3.99.

                    Supplies needed:
                             screws
                             drill
                             pencil
                             measuring tape
                             level

Pick a place where you would like to display
your cassette storage unit.  If there are not already
holes in the unit make two holes.  Make two dots
with the pencil on the wall where you are hanging
the unit. Use the drill to make the holes where you
made your pencil markings on the wall.  After
making the holes you will need a friend to line up
the holes from the unit and the holes in the wall
you made. Then add your screws with the drill.

In the picture above I used it to display cars in
a boy's room, but you can use it to organize many
different kinds of things. You can even remove
shelves from the unit to make them fit larger items.

your favorite pictures.

Add fun shapes and fonts to your favorite pictures.
Insert your pictures into  Microsoft Word by going to
INSERT, PHOTO, FROM FILE. Choose the picture from
your file. You can adjust the size of the photograph as
well. To add your Shape: Choose INSERT, SHAPE, select
shape. When shape is highlighted go to FORMAT,
PICTURE, LAYOUT and choose IN FRONT and the shape
will go on top of picture.

To add your TEXT: Choose INSERT, TEXT, insert your
text and follow the rest of the steps for Shape to add on
top of picture. Adjust size, add color to shape or text and
decorate your favorite pictures. See some of my favorite
ones!
